La Méthode de Libération des Cuirasses© (a method developed by Marie Lise Labonté) has a global approach of the body through body awakenings movements.
These movements try to awaken the conscience of the body, to reduce stress and to diminish body tensions.
They also aim to improve the motor function of the body and the relationship between body and mind emotionally, intimately and personally.
Living the movements will lead to better physical and psychological health and will have indirect therapeutic effects on the person.
The aim for the MLC© is autonomy.
The practice of the MLC© will be individual or in group sessions.
Individual sessions will be organized in units of minimum 10 sessions.
